Penile Tower of Rain Measuring Power

East and inland, opposite of the shiny creepy housing development is Ogusuyama Mountain (I know, yama already means mountain but you know, conventions). I went for a hike and as I started to leave civilization behind, I spotted this tower (and giggled of course) in the distance. It was off to my left and the path I was on was seemingly headed past it. But after some time, the trail started bending left in a u-shape, and eventually, I arrived at a park of sorts and the phallic tower.
